The renovation was carried out using local and natural materials, such as stone, iron and wood, while ensuring all modern comforts. This approach not only enhances the authenticity of the environment, but also creates a welcoming and functional space where tradition and innovation meet.
Eureka is located in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the most famous monuments of the city of Noto, the capital of Baroque. This position allows you to easily reach all the most interesting tourist attractions, making your stay truly pleasant.

Eureka welcomes you in a comfortable and bright living area with a well-equipped open kitchen. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a complete bathroom with shower. The large and welcoming mezzanine area is equipped for your relaxation
Wi-Fi connection, Smart TV, washing machine and air conditioning/heat pump system complete your comfort.
For those who want to combine business with pleasure, a reserved space has been created to be able to work in smart working.
Equipped with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors as required by current legislation
